Greetings!
On behalf of the Australian ITF Taekwon-Do Association, I am delighted to extend this
formal invitation to your club at this year’s 2nd TaekwonKids and TK-1 Tournament.
The tournament will be held at the
Police Citizen Youth Club at Burwood NSW on November 25th, 2007. The aim is to attract the country’s finest
and enthusiastic Taekwon-Do participants (all ages);
hence we would be honoured if your club participates in this tournament.
Please find attached the
registration package for the tournament. If there are any questions or
clarifications required please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Completed entries from competitors should consist of:
- Competitor's registration form and fees
- Competitor's medical Declaration form
- Privacy Policy Statement
Due to participation from international competitors, all TK-1 Forms and fees must be received no later than 28th September 2007.
Please note that TK-1 events are not confirmed until the competitor is
notified by AITA. TK-1 competitors will
be notified and their events confirmed on or before 15th October 2007.
TaekwonKids
forms and fees must be received no later than 4th November 2007.
I would also like to invite you and
your students to become a member of the Australian ITF Taekwon-Do
Association. The Australian ITF Taekwon-Do Association is dedicated to promoting the pure
art of Taekwon-Do. Its members are devoted to
upholding the true discipline and corner stone of this art. Namely, courtesy,
integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.
For $15 a year, members will be
able to benefit from 10% off all AITA events such as tournaments (including
this one), seminars and training camps. In addition to this, state and national
level competitors who are members may also apply for subsidies towards
competition fees as well as a partial subsidies for
flights and accommodation.
We would appreciate if you extend
this invitation to all ITF instructors and clubs in your area.

club’s participation is what we believe will be a truly successful tournament.
