WHAT IS TAEKWON-DULTS?
TaekwonDult classes are for high school aged students and adults. The adult classes in Tam Taekwon-Do Mudokwan are aimed to practice Taekwon-Do as a true martial art, rather than a sport. Everyone from all fitness levels are welcome.

- Self defense – we teach practical and effective techniques for both men and women in protecting themselves in real life situations
- Patterns – a series of attacks and blocks which help assist in muscle coordination, balance and concentration
- Sparring – we offer contact and non-contact sparring. Both forms help improve confidence, endurance, reflex, physical and mental.
