2015 TK-1 Report

Burwood PCYC was buzzing with adrenaline and excitement for the much anticipated, annual TK-1 competition. The morning saw a stream of competitors and spectators, waiting impatiently for the commencement of the action packed event, for this would be the last championship held in Burwood PCYC (more on this later); and fortunately it went out with a bang.

66 competitors participated in sparring, pattern and special techniques, with not only good sportsmanship but courage and confidence of a true martial artist.

All events ran smoothly (thanks to our fantastic officials). Physical and mental skill was exhibited by all jejas. Additionally, students showed all the tenets of Taekwon-Do in their events – congratulations to all competitors, and thank you to the spectators for their ongoing support.
